New information on the Manila Mint

Today one of my reader’s gave me a tidbit of information that lead me to an original work on the little known US Manila mint. The original article I wrote was based on quality information found in a presentation done in the 70’s, this work below was done in 1921 when the Manila Mint was still young. The author of this work interviewed the mint director. The information I am presenting below seems to be the root information used in many articles and books that refer to this mint. click on each page to view it.

There seems to be a lot more information here than in anything else I've read (which usually just has little blurbs about it).
